Orders will be consolidated and shipped every saturday. Please note we only ship orders on Saturday (except National Holiday).
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email with tracking information which can be viewed on the courier website at any time. You are responsible to track your order using given tracking number from the respective courier websites. All stocks we have in hand are 100% in perfect condition, however when we send out through the courier company, we do not have any control whatsoever of the handling of the parcel by the courier companies staffs. Hence, we are not responsible for your parcel during shipment transit.

All orders within Malaysia, will be shipped via local courier companies. Shipping charge will be advised and will be added into the order's final total.

A: We will ship your order using various courier companies to ensure your parcels arrive on time.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Free Shipping for West Malaysia for orders above RM100. East Malaysia no free shipping.
Q: Can I change my shipping details after I placed my order?
A: Yes, please contact our customer service through Whatsapp as soon as possible. We will update it as long as it is not shipped yet.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship within West & East Malaysia only for now.
Q: Can I pick up at your office?
A: We currently do not offer any pickup service at the moment.
